Notice: Upcoming External Redecorating & Construction notice
We’d like to let you know that the building’s body corporate has scheduled external redecorating, which is expected to run from April 2026 to July 2026.
During this time, there may be scaffolding around certain areas of the building, including near parts of the terrace, as well as occasional rope access for contractors. While we don’t anticipate major disruption, there is a possibility of some visual impact or intermittent activity during working hours.
**There will be construction taking place next door until approximately October 2026 (the exact end date is not yet confirmed).
While we’re not entirely sure what the noise levels will be like, general working hours are between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. Any louder construction work is limited to between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday. There will be no work on weekends or public holidays.
If you do find the noise to be disruptive, during your stay, we’re happy to offer a 20% discount for any days you’re inconvenienced. Additionally, if you’re unhappy at any point during your stay, you’re more than welcome to check out early, and we’ll provide a full refund for any nights you haven’t used.**
